Chili and stew Cookoff

Carroll Shelby, a native of Camp County, is responsible for helping to bring the chili cookoff craze to the small Texas town of Terlingua in the late 1960s. So, it's only fitting that a chili cook off is held during the Texas Hot Link Festival.  This year enter your chili or stew presentation in the Hot Link Cooking competition.
